Description
These small electric storage heaters are ideal for the cost-efficient supply of hot water from a tapping point in a kitchen or wash basin for both commercial and domestic applications. The Huz series is designed for under-the-sink or basin installation whilst the Hoz series is for installations above sink or basin. These units are not suitable for multi-point applications.
The outer casings of the units are fabricated from impact-resistant synthetic material. The polypropylene interior tank is fitted with integrated water inflow and outflow. The heat insulation is of CFC-free rigid expanded polyurethane. Temperature regulation is fully adjustable within a range of approximately 35 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, with frost protection setting, range limitation, temperature stop and energy-saving settings at 40 degrees Celsius and 55 degrees Celsius. The units are fitted with over-temperature protection and an “in operation” pilot light. The units are designed as an open system, “push-thru” and need the special AEG Ahu 50 tap for ventilation. No extension or additional accessories must be used on the tap outlet.
